By using the website at arkdigitallabs.co (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.

These Terms form an agreement between you and Ark Digital Labs Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). They cover the Site only. Our products, including Rumaloom, are governed by their own separate terms — see rumaloom.com/terms.

This Site is an informational marketing site for Ark Digital Labs and its products. You may browse it and use the contact form to reach us. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site beyond normal browsing.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact form.

We take on paid design and development work for outside founders and companies. These Terms cover browsing this Site and reaching out through it — they are not the contract for any client engagement.

If we agree to work together, the scope, fees, timeline, ownership of deliverables, and other project-specific terms will be set out in a separate written agreement (e.g. a proposal or statement of work) signed by both parties before any paid work begins.

The Ark Digital Labs name, logo, and all content on this Site (text, design, graphics) are owned by Ark Digital Labs Pte. Ltd. unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Product names and logos referenced on this Site (including Rumaloom) belong to their respective owners.

This Site links to third-party sites and services we don’t control — including app stores and our own product sites (e.g. rumaloom.com). We’re not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

This Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ark Digital Labs Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
